How is Impackta Business Coaching Delivered?

Effective coaching can be delivered face to face, on line and over the telephone. We would prefer for the initial session to be face to face however this is not essential.

Is coaching a difficult process?
 

Not at all and in fact quite the opposite. Coaching should be as easy as holding a conversation and all Impackta coaches are experts in building rapport and in developing an individual’s skills efficiently and effectively.

Can I try the process for free?

Yes of course you can. It will be our pleasure to arrange a short introductory session for you. In order to get the most return we would ask you to think about a specific key area of your business that you would like to improve and we will do the rest.

Can Impackta help me to develop the coaching process within my business?

Yes we have highly effective programmes to develop coaching as a key skill set for all sizes of organisation.

How long does a coaching programme last for?

That’s a great question that we at Impackta are often asked. The answer is yes! I guess it depends upon the objectives that are identified and agreed at the outset. Often a business will engage on a short term and temporary programme based upon a short term goal. This can be as little as two or three sessions. Others, gain so much benefit or realise they have so much in terms of required business development that they request a retainer relationship that is ongoing. Short to long term rest assured Impackta will have a suitable programme to support you business objectives.

Do I have to sign up to a contract?

No, absolutely not. In fact at Impackta we never ask for contract terms and we want all of our new clients to feel at ease in engaging our services. Having said that our offer is a little different; we actively back the quality of our work in our areas of expertise – business coaching is one of those specialist areas. We believe that if we add enough value you want to keep us around if we fail we figure you won’t ask us back. This has proven a key success factor for us. We maintain that you can call it a day at any time and we also will only continue to engage the relationship if we believe we are adding value.

Do Impackta have a minimum spend requirement?

No. In fact it’s important to us that any investment is affordable and set at a comfortable level for the business. We have to compliment a business not create financial stress. Generally we will agree any hourly budget at the outset. Having said all that, the commitment has to be sufficient to achieve the objectives within agreed timescales. By all means start at a low number and when we prove our success, step it up a gear!

Will I have to travel for my coaching to be effective?

No we can conduct coaching sessions on the phone and have access to secure software for screen sharing. We also have our own leading business plan software, designed to run and develop your business upon. This can be accessed simultaneously via secure internet connections. All of our solutions have been developed with business owners in mind and efficiency is a watch word at Impackta.
